Job Description

Develop and reformulate dairy and plant-based products from bench trial to factory scale-up at a food manufacturer's R&D centre in Aarhus, running shelf-life studies, sensory panels and pilot-plant trials alongside the production and quality teams.

Requirements

Degree in food science, food technology or a related field, hands-on product development or reformulation experience, working knowledge of HACCP and EU food labelling rules, eligibility for a Danish work permit (Positive List or Pay Limit scheme).
