Family Vermeer

We're a small family in the middle of Delft's old town — Anne makes traditional Delft Blue pottery in a studio behind our house, Sander works as a civil engineer, and our daughter Fenna (3) already has paint on her hands more often than not. We're after a creative, gentle au pair who's happy doing craft projects with a toddler and comfortable in a house where the studio door is basically always open.

Our canal-side home is small but full of character, with Fenna's crèche just a five-minute walk away. Afternoons usually mean a visit to Anne's studio, a walk along the canals, or the market square when there's something happening. We eat together most evenings, and we'd love an au pair who's excited by Dutch craft and history as much as our daughter is.
