Family Smit

We're a pair of academics-turned-parents — Eva researches at the university, Tim works as a data scientist mostly from home, and our two kids (2 and 6) are equally obsessed with picture books and mud puddles. We're looking for a curious, engaged au pair who enjoys reading with young children as much as running around after them, since Eva is determined to raise two little bookworms.

Tim's flexible schedule means the house is rarely empty, but we still need consistent help through school and crèche hours. Afternoons usually mean the park by the canal, a library visit, or simply pottering around our narrow, book-filled house. We're a quiet, thoughtful family who'd love an au pair who fits that same easy-going energy.
