Family Roth

We're a small, well-travelled family — Anja works for an international organisation and travels several times a year, Matthias runs his own physiotherapy practice with fairly fixed hours, and our son Elia (6) has already picked up bits of three languages just from being around us. We're looking for a confident, independent au pair who can take real responsibility when Anja is travelling, and who's excited to be part of a genuinely multilingual household.

Bern's old town is famously beautiful, and our apartment is a short walk from the river where locals swim and float downstream all summer. Elia's school day ends early, so afternoons are yours to fill with the aquatic centre, the Bear Park, or simply the river. We try to eat together every evening Matthias is home, and we love introducing an au pair to Swiss traditions along the way.
