Family Novak

We're a full house of five in Vienna — Karl conducts for a chamber orchestra with an unpredictable rehearsal and touring schedule, Marta works shifts as a paediatric nurse, and our three children (3, 5, and 8) keep the house delightfully loud. We need a genuinely experienced au pair who can manage multiple ages and step confidently into a full evening solo when both of us are working.

We live near one of Vienna's grand parks, and our afternoons usually mean a mix of music practice, playground time, and homework for the eldest. We value good manners, calm routines, and a real love of classical music (though it's not required — our eldest will happily convert you). Dinners together are a fixed, non-negotiable part of our day whenever possible.
