Family Jansen

We're a busy medical family in the south of the Netherlands — Iris operates several days a week with long, hard-to-predict hours, Bram runs his own psychology practice with more flexibility, and our two kids (4 and 8) are used to a household that runs on a shared calendar. We need a genuinely reliable au pair who's comfortable being the steady presence on Iris's theatre days, and confident managing two different school schedules.

We live in a quiet street a short walk from Maastricht's old town, with a garden the kids use constantly in good weather. Afternoons mean school pick-up, homework, and swimming or gymnastics depending on the day. We eat together whenever Iris's schedule allows, and we're a genuinely warm, close family who'd love an au pair who wants to feel part of that.
